Cancellation Policy

Each villa on VillaXYZ is set to one of three cancellation tiers. The tier that applies to your booking is shown on the villa detail page and in your confirmation email.

Flexible - Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. - After that, the first night is non-refundable; the rest is refunded.

Moderate - Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. - Between 14 and 7 days: 50% refund. - Less than 7 days: no refund.

Strict - Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking, provided check-in is at least 14 days away. - After that, no refund.

Force majeure If a government-issued travel ban, natural disaster or comparable event prevents travel, we work with hosts to offer a credit for a future stay or a full refund.
