    You will be the on-the-ground owner of guest experience across our Bali portfolio — coordinating housekeeping, maintenance and villa readiness.

    • Coordinate daily villa readiness checks
    • Handle guest issues within SLA
    • Report property maintenance needs
    What we're looking for
    • 1+ year in hospitality or villa management
    • Fluent English & Bahasa Indonesia
    • Own transport and a valid SIM C

    Be the friendly voice guests reach before, during and after their stay.
