Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are shown in IDR by default; the amount charged to your card may vary based on exchange rates set by your bank.
Payments
Payments are processed by our licensed payment partners. You authorise us to charge the total shown at checkout, including service fees and taxes.
House rules
Each villa may have additional house rules (quiet hours, no parties, pet policies). These are shown on the villa page and form part of your booking agreement.
Liability
VillaXYZ acts as a booking platform between guests and property owners. We are not liable for damage or loss caused by force majeure events or third parties.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
